Reema

Reema

  • Reema has been a trainer since 2013.
  • She grew up with Boxing being a part of the family, her brother was a world-title holder and that is what inspired her.
  • “ I especially love leading group fitness classes as you and the regulars become family”.
  • Certificate III & IV in Health and Fitness.
  • She specialises in Boxing and high intensity group training.

Catch Reema on Thursdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 9am in Boxing and Wednesdays 7pm in HIIT. 

Boxing is a great cardio workout consisting of partner work, body weight exercises and is great at relieving stress!

HIIT is a class using high intensity interval training to achieve maximum fat burning while improving your fitness.

 

Vanessa

  • Vanessa grew up doing Martial Arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, but along the way she decided to do something more graceful like Artistic Skating.
  • She has always been active, experiencing different sports and types of exercises. Body Pump, Body Combat and Spinning.
  • Certificate III in Fitness and Personal Trainer,
  • She has experience working with Children as well as the elderly.
  • Vanessa’s philosophy: “Stop saying I wish and start saying I can“. 

Catch Vanessa Monday 6pm in Circuit and Tuesday 6pm in Bootcamp.

Circuit and Bootcamp are full body workouts that test strength, endurance and core stability. They keeps you in Fat Burning mode for hours and hours!

 

  • Hayla has a true passion for fitness and tries to encourage everyone to be the best version of themselves.
  • She is a proud mother of two and her motivation for health and fitness comes from them!
  • Certificate III in fitness qualified.
  • She has experience in running Step, Pump, HIIT, Circuit, Spin, Boxing, ATB & Bootcamp classes. I love what I do!!!
