  • She specializes in Boxing and high intensity group training.

Catch Reema on Mondays at 6pm and Thursdays at 7pm in Boxing and Wednesdays 7pm in HIIT. 

Boxing is a great cardio workout consisting of partner work, body weight exercises and is great at relieving stress!

HIIT is a class using high intensity interval training to achieve maximum fat burning while improving your fitness.









    • Growing up Mandy joined all sports she possibly could, always up for trying new activities.

    • As a Trainer, Mandy wants to share her enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help you realise what your body is capable of.

    • She specialises in Personal Training, Boxing, Latino Blast and Circuit training.

    Functional training is an all round full body workout that works muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time with an emphasis on core stability.





    • Latino Blast Aerobics is founded and run by the very talented dancer and fitness instructor Karina.
    • Karina was born in Peru and moved to Australia 15 years ago to chase her dreams. She now runs the very successful program and is so passionate to spread her love for her Latino heritage through dance and aerobic style workouts for everyone of all fitness levels.
    • Karina has trained and helped hundreds of clients to lose weight and reach their fitness goals and can help you too.

    Latino Burn is bodyweight resistance workout for your whole body incorporating a mix of Latino dance.
