GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE
At All Hours Fitness, we understand that a solo gym session isn’t for everyone. Some people find it easier to work out in a group session. There’s nothing like adrenaline, atmosphere and support around you during a group work out. That’s why we offer a variety of group fitness classes designed to keep you motivated and get the best workout possible.

GROUP CLASS PASSES ARE NOW AVAILABLE TO NON MEMBERS
Monday
7:00pm – 8:00pm – Step & Stength Class
The Step 'n' Strength class is a fun way to get your cardio and strength training. Intervals of cardio and resistance activities build muscle and burn fat. Step-n-Strength involves moving up and down the step as well as laterally, targeting your lower body muscle groups when ascending and descending the step.
Tuesday
10:00am – 11:00am – Abs, Butts & Thighs (Ladies Only)
This class focuses purely on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs.
A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises will target common problem areas.
7:00pm – 8:00pm – Bootcamp
Bootcamp consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and stretching.
Each class varies with the exercises and format of the work out which keeps you guessing what's next.
Wednesday
7:00pm – 8:00pm – HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is a technique which forces you to go all out.
This type of training gets your heart rate up and keeps it there – allowing you to burn more fat in less time!
Thursday
10:00am – 11:00am – Pump (Ladies Only)
Using repetition of light to moderate barbell weights, this class focuses on getting you fit, toned and lean.
7:00pm – 8:00pm – Boxing
Boxing classes includes a variety of bag work, partnering and footwork.
This full body workout allows you to gain strength, endurance and allow your heart rate to go up and stay there.
Friday
There are no classes on Fridays.
If you would like to see this happen, let us know and we will do our best to get a class on.
Saturday
9:00am – 10:00am – Boxing
Boxing classes includes a variety of bag work, partnering and footwork.
This full body workout allows you to gain strength, endurance and allow your heart rate to go up and stay there.
