GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE

At All Hours Fitness, we understand that a solo gym session isn’t for everyone. Some people find it easier to work out in a group session. There’s nothing like adrenaline, atmosphere and support around you during a group work out. That’s why we offer a variety of group fitness classes designed to keep you motivated and get the best workout possible.

GROUP CLASS PASSES ARE NOW AVAILABLE TO NON MEMBERS

Monday

HIIT Class

6:30pm – 7:15pm  & 7.30pm – 8.15pm 

High Intensity Interval Training is a technique which forces you to go all out.

This type of training gets your heart rate up and keeps it there – allowing you to burn more fat in less time!

Tuesday

Step & Strength Class

6:30pm – 7:15pm  & 7.30pm – 8.15pm 

The Step & Strength class is a fun way to get your cardio and strength training.

Intervals of cardio and resistance activities build muscle and burn fat.

Step and Strength involves moving up & down the step as well as laterally, targeting your lower body muscle group when ascending and descending the step.

Wednesday

BOOTCAMP

6:30pm – 7:15pm  & 7.30pm – 8.15pm 

Bootcamp consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and stretching.

Each class varies with exercises and format of the workout which keeps you guessing what’s next.

Thursday

Pump Class

7:00pm – 8:00pm 

Our Pump class shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. Focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads. This will help you achieve strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning.

Friday

There are no classes on Fridays.

Saturday

Tabata / Core

9:00am – 10:00am 

If strong, toned abs are your goal, this simple, fast, Tabata/Core circuit will get you there, but be prepared to sweat for it. Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training that pushes you to go all-out.
